Liaise Limited is a leading provider of high-quality specialist support services for adults with autism and complex learning disabilities. From our beginnings as a single service in London, we have grown to 43 services across South-East England, including Basingstoke, Worthing, London, Norfolk and Peterborough. We currently support over 270 individuals and employ more than 1,000 dedicated colleagues across supported living and residential services.

Role Overview

The Recruitment Consultant will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, screening and placing care professionals including Support Workers, Team Leaders, and Registered Managers. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and values-led recruitment. 

This is a Hybrid role, requiring attendance at Head Office three days per week.

Key Responsibilities 

Recruitment Delivery 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across designated service areas. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines. 
  • Advertise vacancies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers. 

Candidate Experience & Engagement 

  • Ensure all candidates receive a timely and professional experience. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS. 
  • Support pre-employment checks and transition to onboarding. 

Person Specification 

Experience 

  • Experience delivering high-volume and/or specialist recruitment. 
  • Previous experience in recruitment in Health and Social Care
  • Familiarity with safer recruitment and pre-employment screening. 
  • Use of ATS or recruitment platforms to manage vacancies and applicants. 

Skills and Competencies 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with strong attention to detail. 
  • Sound judgement in candidate selection and stakeholder collaboration.
