We currently support over 270 individuals and employ more than 1,000 dedicated colleagues across supported living and residential services.
Role Overview
The Recruitment Consultant will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, screening and placing care professionals including Support Workers, Team Leaders, and Registered Managers. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and values-led recruitment.
This is a Hybrid role, requiring attendance at Head Office three days per week.
